Google Calendar Share Tutorial – Google Calendar is known as one of the best tools for managing schedules and tasks. It captures your work and meetings, both short and long. Unfortunately, there is currently no such feature in Google Calendar that allows you to export data directly to Google Sheets. What you can do is export a custom Calendar ICS file.

If you want to export ICS files from all your calendars associated with your Google account, follow the steps below.
Open Google Calendar. Click the Settings icon in the upper right corner, then click Settings from the menu.
On the Settings page, click the Import & export > Export menu. Then, under the Export section, click Export.

Meanwhile, there are several other options that allow you to retrieve data from a Calendar, such as Calendar to Sheet and Sheets2GCal. Unfortunately, none of these add-ons allow you to automatically export data from your Calendar.
GSheets add-ons are third-party software programs. You can view the add-on library by clicking Add-ons > Get Add-ons from the top menu. This will open a new dialog window that allows you to browse or search for a specific attachment. Alternatively, you can go directly to the Google Workspace Marketplace and search for options there.
When you click on each add-on, you’ll see a description of what it does. Click the Install button to install it. It will ask for permission to access your Google Drive and you must allow it to complete the installation.

Calendar to Table lets you import Google Calendar events into Google Sheets by applying date and text filters. After installing the add-on, you will see it in the Add-ons menu.
Before importing data, you must specify which calendars you want to import. You can also add text and date filters.

Sheets2GCal not only allows you to import Google Calendar events into Google Sheets, but also allows you to update the Calendar from the Sheet. After installation, click Add-ons > Sheets2GCal > Import (Calendar-> Sheet) to import data from Google Calendar to get started.

You must specify which Calendar you want to import. You can also set a Start and End Date if you want. However, you must register for a FREE account on sheets2gcal.com before you can import.
Note that the result has more fields than the Calendar to Sheet result. However, it doesn’t have a duration column, so you have to calculate it yourself. Here’s how you can do it:
